Mr. Watson is a botanical roast room, restaurant and bar in Amsterdam where open-fire cooking, mushrooms, fermentation, specialty coffee and bold cocktails come together. Everything served is fully plant-based and vegan. The restaurant specializes in exceptional mushrooms such as Lion's Mane, Hen of the Woods and oyster mushrooms, cooked over open fire and elevated with fermentation, smoke and deep umami.
